Googleââ¬â¢s Culture and Performance: Googleââ¬â¢s culture is clearly the main reason for the successful performance of the company. The culture that has been developed within the company has been present from the start and this has been followed from the start (Girard). The companyââ¬â¢s flexible approach and genuine focus on employees has led the employees to be more motivated and also focused on the job. The company has focused not only on the monetary needs of the employees but also on the personal needs at times like the maternity leaves, paternity leaves and several other similar cases. This flexible approach as well as the respect and equal treatment that the company provides to all of the employees are the cause for this high performance (Hamen). Here although the company does not specify the professional behavior, the mutual respect and the commitment of the employers is clearly the cause for the employees to behave and also commit themselves to the company to a greater extent. It would be incorrect and untrue to say that the company follows the particular culture due to the success (Mayer). The company has clearly developed and every individual has worked hard to bring the company to the current position.
